24/7 Pick-up point
Need products outside of business hours?
Imagine this: you realize you need something for tomorrow, but the current job is running late, and picking up by 5:00 PM isn't an option. Ideally, you'd like to get back in your van at 5:00 AM the next day with the supplies you need. We've got you covered!
We have a 24/7 Pick-up Point at our Mijdrecht location, housed in a secured and camera-monitored container. Whether you want to pick up your order at 7:00 PM or 3:00 AM, it's all possible. The only thing we ask is that you place your order by 5:00 PM so we can have it ready for you the same day. Orders can be picked up from 7:00 PM onwards.
Instructions for ordering
When placing an online order, choose 'Pick up at location' and then '24/7 Pick-up Point'. If you order by phone or email, inform the staff member. For an order from your own software, add the 24/7 Pick-up Point as the delivery address.
Note: Orders placed by 5:00 PM can be picked up from 7:00 PM the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM can be picked up the next day.
Instructions for pick-up
To use the 24/7 Pick-up Point, you need an account for the lock. We will create this account for you in the Master Lock Vault Enterprise system app. Please fill out the form below to get started.
Thanks to the personal login details in the app, you can connect to the lock via Bluetooth as soon as you are nearby. With a simple click, the lock opens, and you have access to the container.
