PromaStop®-I Liquid is a water-based fire-resistant coating. It has an intumescent reaction which provides an insulating effect. When combined with the appropriate mineral wool mat, such a sealing system can restore the fire-resistant compartment.
Best used in combination with the PromaStop®-CB factory pre-treated mineral wool mat and PROMASTOP®-I Paste filler. Tested in various constructions according to national and European standards NBN, EN.
Applications:
Finishing coating for cable and pipe penetrations through fire-resistant walls and floors.
To be used in rooms with a non-extreme humidity.
Compartment fire resistance restored for Rf ½h to Rf 2h.
