Description

Frost protection valve for heat pump systems. Prevents ice formation by allowing the frost protection valve to open below 3°C and drain water from the system. The construction thermostatic element prevents negative influence from low ambient temperatures and, thanks to its special sealing ring, prevents dirt from depositing in the cartridge. To optimise the system's frost protection, it is recommended to install a frost protection valve in both the supply and return pipes. Only suitable for horizontal mounting with the outlet opening facing vertically downwards. Medium: max 50% glycolated water.
